We offer a wide variety of classes for all levels to suit your individual needs. From beginner to advanced, from gentle to vigorous, you will be able to find the class that is most appropriate for you.
Our instructors have been selected for their dedication, proficiency and commitment to providing each student with the support needed to enhance their practice.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is a path of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It allows us to look at our strengths and weaknesses without judgment. Practice offers the opportunity to translate and apply what you learn on the mat, to your life off the mat. Postures, breathing, chanting and meditation are all components of Yoga.
With these tools, we cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves and with others, coming into a renewed realization of our true potential and love.

Becoming a yoga teacher is a commitment that empowers one to live mindfully.
In Vista Yoga's 200-hour immersion you will have the opportunity to deepen your practice through our in-depth study of asana, pranayama, dharma, meditation, yogic philosophy and theory.
The training will cover both the practical and contextual aspects of teaching yoga.
This foundational yoga training is designed to give you a transformational experience.
Graduates will be able to register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 Level.
Training starts in June 2016. Space is limited.
