Things to Know

Please be mindful of others by observing the following:

  • Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled
  • No cell phone use in the Center
  • Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class
  • Do not enter or leave class during meditation or svasana
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Have no more than a snack one hour prior to class
